William Cappiello
Founder and Principal

Bill Cappiello is Managing Director of International Consulting firms Asia LLC and Capp Consulting, Inc. Prior, he served as President of Apparel Companies WestonWear, Inc., StreetWear, Inc., and In-Design Apparel, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Cappiello was Executive Vice-President for the JC Penney Corporation where he was responsible for running several of the Corporation's Merchandising Divisions including, Men's, Children's and Private Brands. His direct P&L responsibility while at JC Penney was in excess of six billion dollars. Additionally, he was a member of Penney’s Executive Committee and Chairman of the "Arizona" Brand, Penney's largest in-house label with sales in excess of one billion dollars.

Prior to joining JC Penney, Mr. Cappiello was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sports Habitat.com, a multi-faceted website for sports news, information and product. Partners in this venture included sports luminaries Reggie Jackson and Joe Montana. Mr. Cappiello also served as President of The Sports Authority, the world's largest retailer of sporting goods, with several hundred locations throughout North America and Japan.

Additionally, Mr. Cappiello has also served as President and CEO of Parisian Inc., the then premier specialty store division of SAKS Inc. and, as both President of Stores and President of Merchandising for Macy's, where he was responsible for all of Woman's and Men’s Apparel. Mr. Cappiello started Macy's acclaimed "Passport" fashion event and was part of the original team that launched Macy's iconic brands...Alfani, Clubroom, INC and Aeropostale.

Mr. Cappiello has a BA in Commerce from Rider University and an MBA in Marketing from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He founded Dax & Coe, Inc., an apparel manufacturing company and Clicks and Mortar, Inc. In addition, Mr. Cappiello was one of the original founders and board members of UTAC (Until There's A Cure) Foundation, a leading multi-national non-profit organization. Bill is also an Armed Forces Veteran, having served as Executive and Commanding Officer of Headquarters Battery, United States Army Artillery and Missile Officer Candidate School.

Martin Zwiebach
Manager, Merchandising and Product Development

A career retail professional, Marty has owned and operated several apparel companies throughout his illustrious career and has represented some of the most iconic brands in the fashion apparel industry. His knowledge of design, sourcing, production and distribution is remarkable.

Marty understands the customer and their preferences and is able to translate client needs into sensible, saleable product regardless of specific distribution channels required. His credentials and reputation throughout the fashion apparel industry are impeccable and his relationships with senior management throughout the industry is second to none.  Marty oversees Merchandising and Product Development for the company and is headquartered in our offices in New York.

Will Cropper
Manager, Sales Consultation
Division

Will Cropper heads up the Sales Consultation Division of Capp Consulting.  He has experience managing in large cap enterprises like TaylorMade, Adidas, Foster Grant, and Crocs as well as being a Principal in the start-up The La Jolla Golf Company which was named Southern California’s

fastest growing private company by the San Diego Business Journal.  Before joining Capp Consulting, Will served as Vice President of Sales for Charles River Apparel, in Boston, MA. Will is one of the most successful sales professionals in the consumer goods industry, having been awarded “Sales Representative of the Year” at Adidas Golf and the “Adi Dassler (Adidas founder) Award” as the “Employee of the Year” for all of Adidas worldwide.  He has experience in managing both in house and independent sales representatives and has built numerous sales organizations throughout his career.  Will is an expert at blending CRM systems like Salesforce.com with SMART Goals, KPI’s, and technical sales skills resulting in a highly engaged, high performance sales organization. He creates sales processes for both the individual sales representative as well as the sales management team. Will is also a scratch golfer!

Dylan Cappiello 
Manager, European Operations and Entertainment

Prior to joining Cappiello Consulting, Dylan was a Senior Property Manager and Consultant with Properties by Design, a San Francisco based real estate, lodging and management company and, as a Senior Analyst for Asia LLC, an International Marketing and Consulting firm specializing in the design, development, sourcing and distribution of various brands.

Previously, Dylan worked with Academy Award nominee Walt Conti at Edge Innovations, a special effects company that specialized in the design and development of complex, highly integrated technology-based systems. Dylan is a graduate of the New York Film Academy and Antioch University. He has worked on several feature films and documentaries and has himself produced three short films. Currently, as Manager of European Operations and Entertainment,  Dylan works and travels extensively throughout Europe having visited over a dozen countries in the past eighteen months alone. Dylan works out of the Company's European headquarters located in Dublin, Ireland.

Julia Tsih
Manager, Far East Operations and Real Estate

Born in Shanghai, China and educated in the United States, Julia oversees our business interest in the Asian Markets. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese, in addition to English.

Julia's diverse language skills coupled with her extensive knowledge of Asian culture and customs has proven invaluable in the coordination of our efforts with our clients in these ever growing priority markets. Ms Tsih also handles the Company's Real Estate Operations. She has broad experience in Real Estate, having been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years. She specializes in residential as well a commercial properties and in the rehabilitation and resale of distressed properties. Julia has extensive experience in  forclosures, investment income properties, REO's, short sales and in negotiating mall and retail space both in the United States and Asia.
